Poor experience
Room was dirty. It was old and needed updating. Breakfast room was also dirty. Staff was close to rude and not helpful. The security guard literally kicks people out of the pool 5 minutes before the pool closes. So different from the Ramkota in RC where the restaurant is lovely and staff and hotel are as well.

My kids had a wonderful time at the splash pad. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel though because we were visiting family. The breakfast was better than I was expecting with a much larger spread than I have had at other continental breakfast The only issue we really had was with the pillows, they are fairly thin, and I wished I had brought my own. ( I could’ve called the front desk and requested more, But it was super late and I didn’t want to bother anyone)

Best Western Minus !
Room very outdated, no usb outlets, pool view of an empty pool looking like it needed work on it. The room was large, beds very good ,bathroom very small , cobwebs on the ceiling in the bedroom area. Breakfast poor, We had stayed the night before in a different hotel brand and the room and breakfast were far better. I wouldn’t say this was a Best Western plus, more a minus for the accommodation.

We chose to stay here for the pool and it did not disappoint. My kids (age 4 & 6) loved it. The pool was pretty full in the evening and my children enjoyed playing with the other kids. My biggest issue was the towel situation. They never had towels stocked in the pool area so you had to get them from the front desk, which is not close by and was always busy. Overall the room was average but again issues with towels we booked a room for 4 people and it only had 3 bath towels.

Initial staff interaction was frustrating. Question eventually answered and problem resolved but had to wait for supervisor....Initial staff had no desire to help...supervisor very pleasant and helpful

It was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the showers is a problem. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Will stay there again.

I got in really late. Everything was good but the poor niggt guy had trouble with my reservation. Other than that the short stay was good.
