This is the older of the two major properties at the convention center and the better one for a family. The front desk staff was outstanding and really made a difference in the stay. It is a waterpark and there are safety rules, but they make sense. The only drawback was the restaurant was closed for renovations during my stay. But they did have Lean Cuisine and a microwave so you did not have to rely on Uber eats for a quick snack.

It’s a trick.
We checked in with 4 police cars at the door. Was concerned then. Drunk parents in the lobby. Hotel is run down, dirty, smelly with overwhelming smell of chlorine. We left after 1 night and booked another hotel. Pictures are deceiving. It’s like a motel 6 with a pool.

The staff were all super amazing friendly and always willing to help! We got dropped off there way before check in so they held our luggage and pointed out some things close by we could til our room was ready. Then we used the airport shuttle the next morning and my husband forgot his wallet in the hotel room but the the staff were so nice and found it right away for us and drove it back to the airport for us! They definitely have top notch customer service!

No breakfast, but waterpark was worth it!
The hotel itself was very average for a budget friendly hotel, but the waterpark was excellent for our younger family. All in all, it was clean and pretty well kept. This was a one night stop on a roadtrip for us and our kids (6 & 8) spent the whole trip talking about the waterslide here. Definitely a fun exchange for free breakfast.
