The property is clean and very nicely presented and I cannot fault the wonderful staff. However, where the property is located is noisy and the sound proofing in the hotel is not good. If you're looking for something reasonably priced and conveniently located with great coffee downstairs, then this place is for you.

I have been blown away by how good this property is. We arrived here under trying circumstances due to illness for one of our group and the reception staff have been bending over backwards to help us. The hotel itself is just magnificent. Our room is spacious, quiet, and very well appointed, and we have a wonderful view of the harbour to sooth our souls. Housekeeping staff are discreet and efficient and all have smiles for you. Food and drink service staff and the concierge team are also exemplary. We would really like to give a big shout out to Sefora in reception, Alfonso on the door, and Leserlie and David in the lounge. They, in particular, have made our stay truly wonderful.
