If you want good location but not the best room..
Shower part was broken so everytime you turned it on or off it fell off. Beds not comfy at all and pillows very hard. Floor wasn’t the cleanest. Dust above every picture, lamp & tv in the room. Tv hardly worked, kept on loosing signal so couldn’t watch anything for long enough. Bar expensive. Don’t open the windows as nosey in the evenings. Every now and again all we could hear was a metal gate opening: was awful! Car parking isn’t included an charged at £10 a day! Only decent thing was friendly service from the check in guy and breakfast. Oh and location. But rooms need seeing too.

Good hotel
This is my second time staying at the Leonardo hotel. First time with my partner. Hotel room was clean when we got there and spacious for the 2 of us. The breakfast was great with an okay variety of options (just wish there was maybe waffles or pancakes as an option)

Great location for a stay with most locations to visit within a fifteen minute walk. The hotel lobby smells lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good facilities including a decent hairdryer and towels changed daily. The staff on reception are firmest and helpful. The breakfast is lovely with a good variety of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel many times previously. Despite being a GOLD VIP member, I never get any room upgrade or any recognition at all....despite of my asking requesting very politely! The room on this occasion was terrible! So cramped and small for a double room. Space between the bed and the window and curtains was about 1 ft only! I had to walk in sideways ...otherwise I would have hurt my feet each time! Needs having a look at.

Codie the lady at reception who greeted us was lovely, she saw we was staying for a birthday celebration and upgraded our room and gave use a free bottle of bubbles which was really lovely of her to do… staff we engaged with on our stay were friendly . We had an amazing staff and we would stay again in the future

Ideal base for central Plymouth visit
Friendly staff at reception and in restaurant. Room was very clean. Comfy bed. Well equipped tea tray. Breakfast good. Although by a busy road its not noisy and excellent position for theatre royal, which is an.easy 10 minute stroll. Very convenient. Also easy parking behind hotel.

Parking is always a bit of a pain when it's bad weather but found a space & tried to dodge the rain to the hotel. Reception fast, friendly & efficient. Room was clean. Went to the Bar & Grill for food. Connor was amazing. BBQ Burger was lovely. Slept well & breakfast great too. Only disappointment which effects all Leonardo hotels is that, as a Hotels.com Gold Reward Member, I should get a free complimentary drink as well as room upgrade. I've never been offered a drink or room upgrade at any Leonardo's hotel. Maybe that offer should be removed from their advert.
