Hotel was fine enough. Front desk folks were very friendly. The room was clean, but the A/C wasn’t very efficient and the room felt “wet” instead of cool. Bed was okay, but the pillows were awful. Not really deal breakers per se, but probably won’t stay there again.

The room was nice, amenities like refrigerator, microwave were in the room. The area where my room was located was quiet. What I was not pleased about is my checkout experience. There was one staff member at the front desk, she thought it was a good idea to leave me at the desk waiting to check out to bring a guest towels.

Good nights rest.
Nice place to stop. Basic restaurant and room was clean. Elevators were being serviced at same time so we had to lug all our bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to know to plan our morning. But overall nice stop on travel.

We checked in & got our room number-I asked if it was on the first floor, she said yes. We then walked all the way down to the very last room with our bags - right next to the outside door & 2 staircase doors. My husband who is a DAV was struggling to get there. She neglected to tell us to drive around to the back parking lot . She said she forgot? The room was very shabby & the chair was really dirty. Just not very clean. But the worst was the outside door slamming every 5 minutes as people came in & out. I asked about complaints & she denied any others from this room. It actually shook the wall by my pillow. Sleep was horrible. But she offered a breakfast voucher! lol We left by 5 am . Won’t be back after this disaster. Very disappointed in Hilton. I thought their reputation was better than thus.

There was no hand soap or bath soap. When I asked for hand soap & bath soap they brought me lotion and said they could not find any hand or bath soap! I also called several days after my stay needing a receipt of payment for tax purposes and I’ve yet to be able to get ahold of anyone to help me. I’ve been on the phone over 45 minutes trying to get one. No success thus far! Very aggravating! Other than these 2 issues it was nice!

We had booked a small suite but when we checked in we were asked if we would accept a regular king room because they were overbooked. We agreed with a charge adjustment. The sweet agent later sent us a bag of snacks and a free voucher for breakfast as a thank you!! The hotel could use some refreshing but it was clean and the breakfast and service were wonderful!

The Carlton Was Awesome
The Carlton was absolutely amazing. It’s so beautiful on the inside. My bed was absolutely melting me with comfort. The jacuzzi tub was my 2nd favorite spot. The staff were all nice. It’s so convenient and in walking distance to so much. I’m glad I gave it a try. I’ll be back again. I’m already planning my next stay.

What I really liked from that hotel was the service provided by the staff. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with warm smiles and willingness to assist. The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens and clean bathrooms. It has a convenient location with some stores around.

We needed a replacement light bulb for one of the lamps in the room. It was never delivered. The peloton bike was not connected to the internet so was unable. The TVs did not work on either elliptical and one of the ellipticals did not work at all. The hotel staff should make sure that all fitness equipment is serviced and operable. Very disappointing.
