This property was very nice! They was doing some repairs which is needed, only down side was that the bathroom in the rooms could've been cleaner, i saw grime on the sink and shower..other than that i was very pleased.

Great location and super friendly staff in the pool area and the front desk. The Solera restaurant was hit or miss for both the staff/service and the food. It was overpriced and the staff was slow even when they werenā€™t busy. But there are more than enough local restaurants within walking distance on Ashford to grab a bite, so after a poor experience at Solera on Day 1, we just ate elsewhere and it was great. The location of La Concha is excellent and extremely walkable, weā€™d definitely stay again!

The hotel amenities were great. It was clean and modern. The only thing I did not like was how noisy it was. We arrived on Friday and every night we did not get a good night sleep because you can hear music all night. The music would finally stop around 6:30a-7a. When I brought it up to the front desk they confirmed that music came from club/lounge at hotel or a special event on the premises. Definitely not the place to stay if youā€™re looking to get some rest. We were on the 4th floor.

We stayed from 9/12/24-9/16/2024. This Resort has everything to need. I only had one problem but really not a problem but a suggestion. The club you have to be dress!! No shorts, flip flops, sandals, shorts, and no crop tops. This club is on the resort but most guess don't attend. Have hours for guess instead of catering to others. Oh, this is also music in the lobby when you can't get in the club. I love be back!!
