Nothing good to say about this property, a bug dropped out of the bath mat when I moved it from the tub to the ground, had tiny black bugs on a pillow, hotel is old and dated, coffee in the lobby tasted like it was made from mop water, breakfast was depressing to say the least, staff at the desk were rude........one of them smelled as if he doesn't know what deodorant is, lastly on Sunday @10pm there is a random child who seemed to be the child of the hotel cleaning staff randomly playing in the halls running around with a plastic vacuum, the next day I see the same child sitting on the hotel cleaning cart with a phone while the parent is cleaning the rooms. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend ever.

Everything was great! Room was clean, staff was nice and patient. Breakfast was underwhelming, but it’s included, so I didn’t expect much. The room was clean and spacious and I spent a lot of time by the pool.

The ac in room was set to 68 and the room felt like 78 the entire stay.. the room had a mold smell to it and gave our family sore throats and stuffing sinuses

Their parking lot is not big enough when they’re at capacity. They literally just tell you to park in the fire lane Because they have no other options. Apparently, this is a fairly common occurrence..

Dirty Hotel, it’s awful. How good others are locally, I have no idea but this one is nasty. The shuttle bus was a joke, the seats were absolutely disgusting, I’ve never seen such filth. Also waited an hour at DFW for it. Probably better booking a 2* hotel with good reviews than a 3* with average reviews.

Comfortable stay. Room size was a plus & location was great... but it could definitely stand for an upgrade. A/C was loud & so was bathroom vent. Room had a few crickets in it & was stuffy. The price was good, which made it easier to overlook some of the issues

Extremely Poor Management Commitment
The experience of trying to stay at the comfort inn was a horrible. Made reservations called for a shuttle. Was told the shuttle would be 10 minutes. Shuttle did not show up called numerous times. Was told by a group at the desk. Different stories. After 2 hours of waiting for the shuttle booked another hotel. The management at this hotel is absolutely horrible
