It was ok.
It was ok. Smelled good upon entering. The room was mostly clean. Bed were a little hard. Couch was dirty, wall outlets were loose, nothing would stay plugged in. Lights on lamps flickered. The bedding for the pull out was not in the room, called the front desk to get it brought up but they said we had to go down to get it, just a bit inconvenient.

ROACHES REFUND REVIEW
ROACHES ROACHES My stay was 11/25/24 I wasn’t able to comfortable stay in my room had to sleep in car. I checked in at 8pm left about 820pm returned at about 1030pm showered and my guest was the one who pointed it out that it was ROACHES on the floor they was kind of hard to see due to the blend in with carpet. I left at midnight talked to front staff but ROOMS WAS ALL BOOKED so I slept in my car. I’ve been emailing for about 2 weeks the staff kept giving me the wrong email address to talk to manager because THEY ARE NEVER IN THE STORE ONLY FOR A COUPLE HOURS EVERY COUPLE DAYS that’s crazy lol. But now I have to leave a review. I just want a refund. I’m trying to upload pictures but it’s not loading but if I have proof
