We enjoyed our stay here The apartment was fantastic, comfortable and spacious. The stairs were difficult daily! Very secure underground parking and hotel. Food was ok. Daughter enjoyed the kids club.

Great value for a family holiday! We stayed in a ground-level apartment near the splash park and it was a great option for our family. The apartment wasn't 5-star fancy but it was pretty great for a family with 2 young kids. Only minor complaint was that the kitchen could have had a couple more convenient items like scissors and some baking trays. Otherwise the facilities had everything we needed and the staff were helpful and friendly. The resort is conveniently located near a supermarket and has several good dining options within a short walk. Also a short walk to the beach made it a perfect option for us. The kids thought they were in paradise with the pools and splash park. Adults loved the conveniently located Deck restaurant.

Fantastic for families. Our 3br appointment was slightly out dated and needs a freshen up but otherwise was functional. We had some issues which were resolved by maintenance & house keeping within the same day! The staff were lovely and location was great. We will definitely be back.

I took my girls last minute on the school holidays to the facilities as it was a kids paradise, and it didn't disappoint. We were allowed access on the first day prior to check in for the girls to play and swim etc. The resort has a bar/coffee/food facilities right next to the main pool and splash zone, as well as various other pool areas playground and around the resort putt putt course. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy and well maintained. We couldn't fault the stay apart from the road works happening out the front which wasn't the fault of the resort at all, it just made it more difficult to navigate walking anywhere with small children. We loved our stay and will be back again!

The property is in a great spot for transport, beach and has shops nearby for supplies. The property is tired and needs updating. Or water was luke warm during our stay. Our kitchen was not fully equipped which made it difficult for us. The television services are very basic with no instructions regarding channels etc. The resort is quite dark lots of greenery but that blocks out a lot of light. We enjoyed aspects of the place but were not overly impressed.

Had an awesome stay, check in was a breeze and the women at the counter was very smiley, warm & welcoming. Disliked the stairwell on arrival especially when you have kids and all the extra belongings you have to bring for them dragging those up the staircase was a nightmare. Our superior two bedroom apartment was very spacious tidy, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the different swimming areas kids had a blast at splash zone and all the free activities and movies how amazing it is for children. We’d definitely be back in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids had a great time in Club Turtle, mini golf, tennis, and on the waterpark. It was great Splash Zone was right outside our door! It was slightly annoying however that we werent supplied with extra toilet paper, dishwashing powder or liquid. We only had 2 coffee pods also. Our stay was for 5 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids and the basic necessities to keep the unit clean were expected to be purchased. Overall it was a relaxing stay but would have been easier to keep the unit clean if we were supplied with enough products to do so.
