Inaccurate details
Valet parking is mandatory at this location. It’s $45 a night I checked with Hotels.com and on the merchant website prior to booking it does state that there is valet but they do not tell you that it’s mandatory in order to park at that hotel. I had to walk a little distance to get to my room and I spoke with the staff about it and they stated that they are aware because they have a lot of complaints that it should be noted on the website, but it’s not and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I even reached out to the manager by email and he has yet to respond.
