Based on my past experience staying at previous Quality Inn- I was disappointed. Can be updated.-room furnishings. I know they’re trying. Pleasant in conversation.

Took forever to check in. Third floor smelled like marijuana all the way down the hall. Elevator was sketchy. Saw a roach on the wall by the pool and killed one in my room.

This was a terrible hotel. The rooms smelled bad. There were roaches and bugs all over the room. We spent 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The cleaning staff did not speak English and even after asking for towels several times, that never happened. The breakfast was terrible. The staff in general were nice and tried to help. However, overall, this was not a pleasant stay.
