They have no parking, we parked our three blocks away and paid £40. We booked two rooms with king beds, but the beds were double bed with uncomfortable Mattress while we have been charged for king beds.

Dear [Marlin Waterloo Hotel Management], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, as my experience fell far short of the standards I expected. When I booked my room, I was explicitly promised a soundproof space where I could enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Throughout the night, I was disturbed by the constant noise of trains and cars passing by, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep properly. The lack of soundproofing was extremely frustrating and disrupted what was supposed to be a restful stay. Additionally, my room included a sofa bed, which was entirely inadequate for a comfortable night’s sleep. The mattress was of poor quality, offering little to no support, and I woke up feeling tired and uncomfortable. For a hotel of your reputation, I expected much better. I trust that you take guest feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation and outline the steps you are taking to ensure that other guests do not experience similar issues in the future. We left one day early as there were dirty mugs. Dust and dirt on the floor. Curtains that’s didn’t fully close. Just a very bad experience and not as per expecting. We will be claiming a refund for our second night that we refused to stay.
