I know it was out of the hotels control but the hotel experienced several power glitches and then a power outage for a bit and it was a hot hot day so the room got warm very quickly. Mostly I didn’t like that the hotel had mold in and around the ac unit in the room, i could hear the room next to me going to the bathroom and their conversations as well as the hallways. My room Had a view of lighting fixtures that had a rodent trap and dead insects. The window was filthy. Very disappointing as I read great reviews about the hotel. The staff however was lovely and over accommodating. They were the best thing about the hotel.

This is super petty but there was only one tea option in the room but they're were two guests... Seems like there be 2 (like i said, it's petty). Also there were no ice machines and I'm guessing the bagged ice at the hotel kiosk wasn't free. I couldn't see any decanters with chilled water in the lobby (it was almost 100° outside). These are just small things but surprised me that such a nice hotel wouldn't have these very basic niceties.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like angels. Not to mention the amazing shower pressure and cold ac. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t have the time. Will definitely come back! Nice staff as well.

Not happy with the 6th floor parking garage complimentary parking. Been staying here off & on for over 3yrs and dislike the fact that you have to pay for parking as of 2024. Not cool & would stay at this hotel more often if this wasn’t the case.

Everywhere in the parking lot there are signs urging customers staying there to pay for parking within the first 15 minutes of parking; even in the hotel itself, there are the same signs, putting pressure on a person to get on this app and enter the car information along with a credit card. I had remembered that there was supposed to be free parking, but everything around me suggested I was misremembering. So I paid over $50 on an app--only to find when I was getting the room key that there was free parking for guests. Because the parking is done by another company, the hotel couldn't refund me either. It's so misleading and nothing can be done about it. Everything else about the hotel was fine, nice even. but the parking thing kind of made the rest of the stay less relaxing.
