This property was great. The only issue I had is when I asked for receipt upon check out they told me they didn’t offer that option and that I would get billed from my third-party that I booked with. I didn’t like that.

Checkin was easy. The room was clean and plenty of space for a one night stay by myself. I could not get the room to cool down, I kept lowering the temp and it still wasn’t keeping up. The hotel shuttle took me to the airport and delivered me to the wrong terminal. Be sure you clarify and pay attention yourself; luckily I gave myself plenty of time and the airport terminal link got me to the right spot.

Hotel checkin staff
Hotel staff was rude at checkin. The lady said hotel reservations through hotel.com are not guaranteed because they don’t pay their bills. There was another instance of them being rude but this one was the most alarming.

We’ve stayed here a few times. Always clean, rooms fresh, mattresses comfy. They do offer shuttles to the airport, and have a large parking area. Not a whole lot of food choices in the area, maybe one or two chains. Easy to get to.
