I typically never put any comment but the young lady at the front desk was simply not friendly nor accommodating. If you decide to work in the hospitality business, your attitude should be in line with what is expected from you : a smile and kind attitude.

We stayed one night. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. We used the shuttle which was easy to use. They run on an every 45 min schedule. The water fountain didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room is super spacious with perfect furniture. The breakfast is much better than the typical motel breakfast, and we were happy with it. My complaint is from the comfortable king bed that had three small very uncomfortable pillows. But a king size comfortable pillow, please! Woke up with headache and neck pain. The bathroom has one small hotel shampoo bottles. We are two people. Two small bottles won't break your budget. For the price of the room, one water bottle would have been great. We arrived at night and it was freezing, waited for a half an hour for the van but it never showed up, so we took a $22 Uber.

I booked it for a snow storm. They were kind and helpful, the property was clean. There was food available so I didn't have to go back out into the weather. It was great.

Great property ONCE you get there. Shuttle service was a DISASTER. The shuttle serves multiple hotels so it was a cluster, thankfully the driver let us on, sitting on the floor of the shuttle bus which clearly was not big enough. Ubers were $30 to get you the 2 miles to the hotel.
