Of primary concern were 3 things… 1) Unusual electrical wiring along the wall. Probably not meeting electrical codes. 2) A lot of black mold growing in the bathtub/shower tub area. Poisonous ? ? ? (Sorry, no photo.) 3) No toilet paper holder.

The property doesn’t look like the one shown on the images. They mentioned that non smoking but the entire property had a foul smoke smell and it was noisy and also dirty. We had a terrible experience the sheets and towels which they provided are so dirty and was smelling bad

Not intended to be a middle to upper level hotel. Came into the area a day early without reservations at our cabin so needed a place for one night and didn’t want to pay a lot. It was cheaper and a little better than I expected (which wasn’t much). Get what you pay for. The office staff was pleasant. Not sure I’d stay there again unless really needed to but wasn’t horrible. Oh, had a sweet local cat stay most of the night. Made it all better. lol.

Needs a good cleaning
One of the beds had stains on the comforter. The pillows had stains on them. The air conditioning filter hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The walls need to be painted to cover the dirt stains.

Last unit looked broken into and abandoned, the lobby was disheveled, Indian man was kind, there was religious looking elephants and baby photos and calender, outside pool was a nasty swamp, employee claimed chicken farm is behind property causing smell. When we entered the room 115 there was a hole in the wall and the whites of the bed sheets were stained brown. We wouldn’t stay let alone put any luggage in there. It was and is truly disgusting.

The room was filthy dirty and when I complained about it to the front desk staff they didn't do anything about it and did not clean it. There was cars banging around all night long you could not sleep and it was just disgusting the towels were stained and I will never go back there again I want a refund but they would not even acknowledge that

It just was messy and cluttered with stuff in lobby on sidewalk and in parking lot. Just looked very much not maintained. The pillows were extremely thick and uncomfortable as was the bed. It was priced accordingly so that was fine. The room was very clean

Worst hotel I've ever stayed!!
Sheets and blankets are spotted from not being washed properly. The bed makes crinkling noises from it being covered in plastic. I woke up twice covered in sweat from the plastic covered bed. I've never heard of an upcharge for wanting a room on ground level which is ridiculous! They let people live in this hotel instead of making live-in people leave after their stay which always means drug activities on the premises. I wasn't at the hotel ten minutes when one of the live-in people asked me for a cigarette. This is very distasteful and not a good way to do business at a hotel. Live-in people should not be allowed.
