DAILY Room Cleaning!
I was shocked and VERY happy to see daily room cleaning service. This is the first time I've seen this since COVID, and I was THRILLED that this Holiday Inn Express offered this. AWESOME!

Nice but unattended
The front desk attendant was sitting in the office. He may have been working but it wasn’t on checking people in there were 3 people waiting for at least 15 minutes. When he did check people in he didn’t tell them about any of the features. The lobby was full of people including children running with a plunger. There was water all over the floors I slipped, luckily did not fall. I placed the wet floor sign out. The 3 other times we went through the lobby no attendant was seen. Our room had trash that was left by others including contact lenses on the shower wall.

The hotel appeared to have been updated and is very convenient to Interstate 75. The staff was hard to find and our room wasn’t cleaned the first 2 days of our stay.

We were in town for a softball tournament. We were able to secure a block rooms at this property. Unfortunately, the management and ownership must not be used to having a full hotel. We occupied the lobby area for a team dinner, in the manager could not handle the noise and volume of people in the lobby. The elevator was broke for the majority of the time we were there. We had elderly parents and grandparents traveling with us who were forced to take the stairs all the way up to the fourth floor due to this major inconvenience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They must not like to make money!

So my sister & I had come in for a graduation party, the hotel we normally stay at was not available, so I had made a reservation here, we got into town a couple hours early & went to hotel to see if we could check in & unload our vehicle instead of keeping it with us out in the heat (other hotel we stay at always has accommodate us) the gentleman at front desk literally said NO check in is at 3:00, he didn’t even look my name up or seen if a room was already clean (literally 2 hours before normal check in time) I explained it would be late before we would be back & asked him not to give our room away still did not ask for a name & said he wouldn’t. When we finally was able to make it back same man came from back seen us & was like oh you ok then finally asked for a name & of course payment. I had to ask where to park & he seemed aggravated that he had to talk more to us! We also had to ask what time breakfast was. So we have decided we definitely will NOT stay at the hotel again.
