The apartment was filthy. Food spattered on side of refrigerator, the living room furniture was old and dingy, there was only one set of towels, the the bathroom tub was old and had holes that were caulked, there were holes in the walls in the bedroom, the tv had one channel, the patio was filthy, there was no screen on the patio door to let in the ocean sounds with penguins coming in.

We went to Daytona to relax and it was far from that. The bed was so hard we ended up sleeping on the full sofa. When we arrived we asked for cart to carry our stuff and we were told “ you have to just look around “ so we had to take several trips to the 11th floor where our room was. We tired to use the pool we could only get one chair at 9:45am ! Which we had to sit by large family with kids that ran us away. So we tried the hot tub and both were full of kids. Some could not enjoy it. The staff was very short and Kurt when you asked them anything. The only person that was nice was the gentleman that checked us in Farnhan (not sure of the spelling ) when we checked out there was only 2 people with an extremely long line. I asked do I need to return my parking pass and keys the lady was so rude when she told me yes you have to return everything! Well what would have happened if did not check out with the desk ? Because after I stood in line to checkout I was Told I didnt Have to ! I was very disappointed with my stay overall

Check in was a nightmare they have you check in then go down hall to another desk to get wrist bands and them also trying to talk you into timeshares then 30min of that bs they send us to south tower desk to get parking pass!!!! (what a mess) There is no vending or pop Machine on the property they will send you to the 7/11 down the street!!!! Room was nice but has no room service you have to call front desk to get towels or trash taken ect. ppl reserve pool seats with towels and leave for hrs so there is no where to sit by pool most of the time!!! A few staff members were rude as well... I will not be going back!!

I have stayed in this location for Eight Years and always stay in a two bedroom . This year, my room was not what I reserved. I reserved an oceanfront and at check in they had overbooked, so I got a city view or nothing. The two bedroom was not cleaned properly and the comforter smelled like urine on all three beds.

i really recommend this hotel
Our 3 bedrooms was very confortable, with all the appliances what you really need. outside the pool and the lazy river was amazing.i really like it .

When we arrived we walked into a dirty room, and I mean dirty, semen on the couch dirty. Then the next day there was a fire in the unit next to us and instead of offering us a different room on another floor, we had to smell the electrical and must and they had loud commercial blowers all up and down the entire hallway for four straight days right outside our bedroom window. Even when I reached out to management, they told me to just go relax. I have text messages, video and pictures showing them what I was talking about. They ended up blocking my messages. Then they tricked us into going on a time share tour and charged us for it! They never told us it was a tour for selling timeshares. They phrased it “ we want to show you our other rooms for the next time you book with us” Be careful here! Lisa was the only one who was kind and shocked about what we experienced, but we didn’t get to meet her until we were checking out.

I was constantly bugged about attending their "showcase" my entire stay. It was super annoying. I told them I wasn't interested in a timeshare! I just wanted to relax with my family and enjoy our little vacation. Will never stay there again.

This is not a good hotel option. Our room was dirty and old. It had a broken TV, rusted appliances and a fraying carpet. It also smelled a little moldy. We had booked a King, but were told we could only get two doubles and there were no other rooms to switch to. We only had a brief stay. However, when we were leaving, another guest who was also packing up said their room had been infested with fleas and ticks so, I guess our stay wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Daytona Beach was great, we will go back to the area, just NOT the property. I want to enjoy my time at a vacation property, not be made to feel as though I owe someone my hard earned time off to sell me something I don't want. This is a RCI time share property. They wanted me to go through a 90 min presentation on their Club amenities and other properties. I had to tell the woman 4 times that I decline. She would not give me the room key/bands, trying to make it as though this presentation was a requirement to be able to stay at this facility. When I informed her that we would cancel our stay if this was the case, she then relinquished the room key/bands. We were called for the next two days asking what time would we like to partake in the presentation, each time she was told "We decline, and to stop bothering us while we were on vacation" The showers had mold, we had to fix the toilets to keep them from running constantly and they ran out of parking every day for the 5 days we were there. Please spend a little money on the upkeep of the property rooms/suites and crack down on the parking situation.

Horrible. Stay anywhere else.
Family vacation turned into a nightmare. This is a time share hotel and they rent out the rooms on behalf of the owners but don’t maintain them on a regular basis. Our room was infested with roaches. Tried to change rooms but they had no alternatives available. They sent a guy with some bug spray and pretty much told us good luck. Was absolutely shocked. Booked a two night stay and left after 1. Was promised a refund, never received it. Won’t ever return, and definitely do not recommend. They had the nerve to send me a letter a week later to invite me to invest in the timeshare! What a joke.
