Great staff, helpful and personable! Greatbroom view (upgraded)!! Got some awesome pics. My pet was welcome no problem. My only "questionable" was the restroom which had a used razor and seemed to be mising a towel...not sure if it was thoroughly cleaned last time. Everything else was in order and neat. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an issue with the smoke alarm in our first room so we got moved. Second room had a constant wet spot outside the bathroom (a/c related I’m guessing) and it was reported but never dealt with. Was a bit annoying but staff and amenities were great. Bummer that robes and smores stuff are no longer automatically given but I’m sure it’s due to prices, etc.

We loved our king cabana suite. It made our stay so relaxing. Front desk staff was great. While i do wish self parking was included, we understand why they charge. The only complaint i have with the hotel isnt about the hotel. Its just there where alot of homeless people around that liked to try to get money from us. Only part of our stay in daytona that i didnt like. The rest was great. I love that there was private beach access.

We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Our bartender on Saturday night was fantastic! This was our first stay while visiting our son at ERAU, and we would definitely stay at the Shores again.

Resorts should be step above hotels with the attention to details. Facility is dated and room was dirty. Non smoking room smelled like smoke, dust was layered, and bathroom door hardly swings clear of the toilet. The room felt like a courtyard marriot in 2002. The place needs a renovation or good paint job.
