Fiz uma reserva para 2 noites nesse hotel através do aplicativo Hoteis.com, paguei com meu cartão de credito e ao fazer o check in não aceitaram a reserva alegando que a Hoteis.com tinha transferido a reserva para a OYO e eles simplesnente estava falhando com o repasse dos pagamentos, tive de ir buscar outro hotel e pagar in cash, e agora, como reaver meu dinheiro de volta?
