Perfect for visiting the Salamanca market!

We had a great stay, conveniently located to walk to shops. We liked that the carpark was close to our room. Room was comfortable and clean, staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

The hotel is a lovely old establishment, one of the first in Hobart. We were very happy with the reception staff as they were very polite and helpful. Although the site shows pictures of the lovely dining and restaurant area don’t expect it to be open unless it’s the peak season,this was not specified on the site and we were disappointed we couldn’t dine there. Our room was very spacious with an enormous oversized bed and a nice view of the old church opposite. A bit dusty behind the bed but otherwise very clean. I would recommend it just for the old world charm and very central location to shops and the harbor.
