It’s beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is literally unbelievably amazing! The reason for my 4 is my son was in the sofa Bed and opened it and it was never changed from the previous people. We got in super late and were exhausted, so this was really unfortunate. Additionally, in the am.. we got a knock on the door and the cleaning staff wanted to come in before checkout to begin putting in new towels etc.. that was really annoying because we got in so late. We will stay here again just wasn’t the experience I had hoped for.

Two women, 60 and 72 stayed two nights. The room was on the 10th floor. I use a cane so the elevator was necessary. Everything was clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. The only things we would have preferred is a couple of cups in the bathroom for rinsing would be nice. You must use your cell phone and the hotel's QR codes to get menus and any hotel information. No paper or pens in the desk (a yearning for the good old days). The bathtub had a grab bar, thank heavens, as the tub is very slippery. Their were two queen mattresses. Mine was so soft, it was like slipping into a hole in the middle of the bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I suggest guests ask if there are hard mattresses before they book a room. At 11 p.m., I had to get off the floor and dress as a fire alarm sounded and asked all guests to get downstairs asap, not to use the elevators, of course. I grabbed my cane and headed out only to have the alarm called off as "false alarm," five minutes later. No apologies or mention of that at check out the next day. Embassy Suites are a high-end hotel and is reflected by the nightly price, but minus a few glitches, worth it.

It was amazing. Beautiful, new, clean, and spacious facilities. Breakfast was just terrific. Had many selections and the employees were just the best. So friendly and would do anything for you. Can't day enough.
