Highly recommend this Embassy Suites!
Second time staying here. Very nice hotel! As always the evening reception and breakfast are amazing like all Embassy Suites. This hotel has very friendly and accomodating staff. Hotel is clean and very pleasant. Highly recommend!!

I had recently stayed at Denton TX property over the holidays. The hotel and amenities were great. Although, I didn t find the staff very friendly! I also left an item in my room #422, I called the next day to let the staff know. The woman was I talked to was unwilling to have a cleaning employee check the room and told me to file a claim! WHAT!!!! My brother lives in Denton TX and went by the hotel to check to see if they had my item. The staff member said the lost and found wasn t very organized, and that he would have to come back on Monday. Really? No one could go check the lost and found while my brother was there. It seemed like a huge INCONVENIENCE for them and that they just didn t want to do it! I was going to book a week in February,but depending on how this situation turns out I may have to find a different hotel. Extremely disappointed! Great hotel. Love the breakfast they have each morning.. I wish the room we had was prepped with a little more accommodations. It was reserved for 5 people and so we had the double bed with separate room and pull out couch. The couch had a small thin blanket and that was it. The bed could have been a little more comfortable as well.. over all it’s a nice hotel, we have stayed there several times.
