The hotel management doesn’t work on weekends. We were charged two nights of pet fee and we were asking a refund for 1 night because I put my dog to stay the second day at PetSmart . The front desk person said he couldn’t refund the money and would not issued a note to say my dog stayed one night. He just said nothing he could do and asked me call back during weekday. I called Monday and was told Manager would be available in afternoon around 4pm. The gentleman said to wait 3-7 business day. The pet fee and incident fee will be refunded back. It’s more than 5 business days and my credit card has shown no refund. Other hotel stays were quick to refund! It’s very frustrating to be in this situation!
