The staff was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the elevator was out on this three story property. Shuttle bus driver was great, but the bus could use a new suspension.

AC not working. Desk clerk did move us This same room the sheets were stained (clean but stained) desk clerk acknowledged. moved to new room where door handle was broken freezer door in refrig was broken (both rooms) bathtub very slippery and I fell on knees Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Desk Clerk when we checked in was very nice, apologetic, and listened to the problem with AC and moved us. We were grateful. The van driver / maintenance man, was very nice and tried to fix the AC in the first room. Very nice and respectful.

Stayed for 2 nights. At check in was advised the elevator was not working and will be fixed next day, after reading reviews found out that was a lie since this is an old problem. On the second day of my stay other guest were given keys to my room. After opening the door the guests apologized and returned to the front desk. Right then I got a call to my room and when I answered they hung up. Called the front desk and was told they didn’t know the room was occupied. Funny since 20 minutes before front desk had to re program my keys that were not working and did it without asking my name or checking their system. Had they done so they would have caught my room had been checked out by mistake. Very concerning miscommunication that lead to dangerous errors that put my safety at risk. By the way, at no point the front desk staff apologized, she was too busy explaining with excuses why it was not her fault. I work in luxury hospitality and don’t expect a 5 star service at these establishments but basic training should be done.

For the price I was very surprised of the amenities, pool, small gym, very decent breakfast included with the room. Property a bit outdated but clean, with a shuttle to the airport. Happy with it.

Hotel was perfectly acceptable for our needs. A place to stay to get to the airport early. Room was clean and had everything we need. Elevator was broken but we were on the first floor so it did effect us.

Don’t count on airport shuttle service
Front desk people were apologetically friendly when informing us about the non-functional/under maintenance elevators at check-in. But when we asked for a 4:30AM shuttle reservation they informed us that they were “fully booked from 3:30AM-4:30AM but you’re welcome to reserve the 3AM shuttle.” For my 5:30AM flight!!! After less than 2 hours of sleep, we realized the reason for the “fully booked”: they only used one shuttle bus & left the other one sitting there unused. Not acceptable customer service— making your customer pay $160 for 2 hours of sleep because you don’t staff a second shuttle that is OBVIOUSLY needed… not staying there again unless some compensation is offered.

Quiet. Comfortable beds. Pool was nice and spas though one was tepid and couldn’t figure out how to turn on jets. Good breakfast bar. Good airport shuttle service. Shower was hot and strong but floor of tub was elevated a few inches above bathroom floor so almost fell when getting out because didn’t realize bathroom floor wasn’t the same level
