This would be 3rd time staying at this property and based on location I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, not sure if was room we got but seems like the hotel could use some maintenance. The bath drain wouldn’t drain with regular flow of water, the elevator felt like I would get stuck in it. The staff were friendly and the reason we keep returning the location cannot be beat.

Hotel room was old and not very clean. The couch was so dirty looking with stains that I was unwilling to sit on it. The room was generally not clean. Was overall disappointed. The breakfast was as good as other hotels we have stayed at previously.

On our floor, people left their bags of trash in the hallway. We were at this location 2 nights. The rooms were not cleaned. So apparently people who stayed more nights than us did not have their rooms cleaned/trash removed after more days than us. It’s disconcerting to reside with bags of trash on the floor for the two days we stayed.

We stayed two nights. Breakfast was great, our room needed a few minor repairs ( lock on our door and the computer chair was broken.) Breakfast was amazing, the food was good. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub, the pool was small and a bit dirty. I was charged more than I was quoted on Expedia once I arrived. I usually pay through Expedia but it stated on the website it was cheaper if I paid at the hotel. It was more expensive (50 USD more) I am still waiting for the 100$ USD deposit charged to my credit card to be refunded and that was days ago. I asked the front desk about the charge and they didn’t seam to care and said it would be returned sometime. Would I stay again, probably not.
