The only downfall was the customer who did not return the luggage carrier to the front desk and we had to bring out our luggage & ice chest by hand. Not the fault of the hotel but was the fault of the entitled quest.

The pillows were awful. The outside door doesn’t lock and or bedroom door wouldn’t lock without slamming it a few times. Shower was very outdated and had a second shower head rigged up. Bedroom phone didn’t work and had to find their number to call the front desk. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. The coffee was great but the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Nice Hotel with a great breakfast. Having a car is a plus but there is Uber if you don’t. Every room in town is taken every day of the week so plan accordingly.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Convenient and quiet. Rooms were very spacious. Loved the kitchenette and full size fridge. Breakfast area was nice and spacious as well. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again if we ever return to Dodge City.

When i got there a man was walking around distressed. Another guest and i talked to him and brought him in the lobby to talk. The lady at the desk was kind, patient, and helpful in a situation that ended up being kinda weird and tough.

Very nice BW in Dodge City which is usually an annual stop on our way to Colorado or NM. Clean, quiet and comfortable plus close to some good restaurant options. Easy in and out of town. Bonus points because I left a ring, called the property and housekeeping had turned it so they could mail it to me — impressive! Definitely recommend for a hotel in Dodge, the breakfast is very good too!
