We stayed here to attend an Oilers game. DO NOT park where they recommend...it was full and no one tells you. You will have to drive down to the end of the underground parkade and then you wont be able to turn around to get out: it was very very stressful. We booked the room for 4 adults and only received 2 towels and 2 face cloths. Everything else was satisfctory - not amazing. We got a $15 VIP credit and were unable to use it.
