Creamer was expired and curdled in my coffee. Desk chair in the room was horrible. Felt like it could have been broken or just used for too long. Curtains had a huge water stain. Internet cut out in the one morning for a couple of hours.

The area is a rough area lots of homeless but the parking and hotel were great I asked for late check out of 4pm and only cost extra 15$ parking was pretty expensive but it’s secure. Pool and hot tub are on floor 26 which was really cool but hot tub is small and was over crowded and pool was really cold. Lots of stuff to see close by and few restaurants in mall across the street

It was amazing awesome room great staff totally will stay again at our next concert very convenient for shopping and close to eogers arena..we loved our room and our veiw and poo room plus hot tub was on the top of.our building omg what a wonderful veiw of the city all the way around

I booked a 2 queen bed room, we were “upgraded” upon arrival.. to a 2 double bed room. Our first room, we had to be moved. There was wood shavings at the entry of the door inside the room, the floors in the bathroom were dirty and the tub had hair on the wall and the bottom of the tub. We were moved to another room, which the toilet wouldn’t stop running in, they had no maintenance worker at the time to fix it so my husband fixed it. We were right across from the elevator which was very noisy… it was a grungy feeling experience for $200 a night, especially as a “VIP”. Will not be returning.
