You won't find a better location along the Riverwalk! The Omni la Mansion is elegant with rich history. Originally built as a boys catholic school in the 1800's, it was turned into a hotel that still bears originality of the school. Hotel room was spotless. Pool area is in the old school courtyard and is meticulously maintained. Even in the Texas heat the pool was incredibly refreshing. The location of this hotel was icing on the cake for us! We never once used our rental car because walking was far easier. Speaking of cars, we parked across the street in the parking garage for $10/day rather than using the hotel valet. The food all along the Riverwalk was AMAZING! Just below the hotel is a loading dock for the River Tour Boat Ride. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST! The boat driver talk all about the history of the area. As first-time visitors, we learned so much. Don't hesitate to book here!!

House keeping services is poor, they did not changes our beed when the conditions were not clean, they forget towels, and they left our door open after they left. Feel very unsecured because we had all our belongings and personal information in the room and the door open.

This is a beautiful hotel situated in a great spot along the riverwalk. You can quickly access many of the great restaurants & shops nearby, as well as Alamo plaza. Also, for those who may feel the valet parking is too expensive, there is a parking garage right across the street where it's only $10 a day.

Two days in San Antone
The Omni la Mansion in San Antonio is a fantastic hotel. It’s right on the river walk. The food at the Four Brothers restaurant is amazing.
