Location was great for walking to the tourist sites. Not so good was the noise level from the street. We were on the second floor, street side. A lot of the noise came right through the windows that didn’t seem sealed well as we could feel cold air coming in. I would suggest a room higher up on the back side of the building if street noises bother you or you are a light sleeper. Also our neighbors in the room next door were quite loud past 11pm at night. At first the room seemed clean until I had to look for an AirPod which I was using to block out the noises and took out during the night. Upon looking for it found Pop Corner chips at the head of the mattress and the box spring. I’m pretty sure that should have been noticed when the bedding was changed. Overall it’s an “ok” hotel but for the price I would have expected more.

This property was not in great condition. Our shower pressure was so high (and not adjustable) that it was painful, the housekeeping service was disorganized, our keycards never worked more than once forcing us to visit the front desk multiple times per day, and the elevators were in and out of service our entire stay so we mainly used the stairs. The worst part is the staff was less than friendly and helpful, with the exception of the wonderful Housekeeping Manager. We were also disappointed to see the pool was very small and not inviting. Sorry to say this hotel could use an all-around upgrade.

I have taken pictures and video, the room next to us is a room just for workers, and they are smoking cigarettes in the bathroom, it spread ALL over our room, we had to LEAVE early due to my wife and kid getting migraines, I did mention this but no one did anything, as the rooms were all booked it seemed. This is the last time we stay at a "Hilton" - they no longer are quality, the pool was disgusting, I know it was in the city area, but no excuse for cigarette smoke all over the place, we will be disputing the 2nd night we DID not stay, its a bit ridiculous but as of late, seems anything goes. But never again, no one seems to care anymore.
