very good unit for an overnight stay or two with well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Very close (walkable) to shopping and dining options at Charlestown Square.
The only downside was that the unit was very compact with little room for storing luggage or food in the kitchenette area.

The hotel is over priced for what you get and the service was often tardy
The rooms are clean but noisy and had to ask for more than two towels
Some facilities were closed or had private functions so couldn’t use
Breakfast good but everything expensive
The area is good for food but a long way from the harbour.
The lift rooms are very small in the bedroom area
