Very nice stay
Lovely hotel. It was very warm in terrace bar and we were seated beside a radiator that could not be turned down or switched off. There was also a lot of cob webs in bar.

We had a lovely stay. Room was bright and fresh. Beds were fabulous. Breakfast was v good. Would have liked some granola. All staff were warm and friendly. Walkway to Leisure Centre needs attention. Only other slight glitch was the noises in the bedroom at 6am - water or heating pipes perhaps? Also what sounded like a lawnmower outside at 7am.

Parts of the hotel a bit dated.Chairs at the table in the bar were too low for eating lunch comfortably.Food for lunch and dinner was very good but sides were much too big and came included. Pillows in the bedroom were too full and not comfortable.The bedroom room and bathroom very new and clean. Too much heavily patterned carpet inside the front door,in the bar,dining room and bedroom. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and attentive,the hotel was clean and fresh and we enjoyed our stay

It sarted with freezing room, small bed even though we booked superior balcony. The hot water pressure was zero. I couldn't shower. Because the water was freezing. You can't watch nothing on television except the national TV station. The cast is nothing working. 2 electric radiator was brought to us. The breakfast was excellent 👌

Place it self it's really beautiful. Outside nature is fabulous. Very clean hotel. Room was big and tidy but bed mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable.. Had 2 nights there and had not much sleep because how uncomfortable bed was. Tv was at the side of room and u couldn't move it and while in bed you were not able to see it. Big let down for this hotel was service in bar.. Young staff and very unprofessional.. Saturday night and was no music in bar , not even at the background. All u could here is other tables conversations and loud noises of bar ppl clearing up bottles or laughing while chatting. When we asked at the bar if music will be on tonight ,the answer we got at 9pm that music is on half 10 tonight and that was Saturday night...We left very disappointed and went to back to our room.. Breakfast is great and staff at restaurant was really nice. When we were leaving at the desk we never been asked how was our stay or if everything okey, no goodbyes or anything like that. Key was taking away in one short sentence. We left not feeling that we are welcome to come back. Lovely hotel but a lot to improve with some staff and bar for sure , specialy weekend when people come to have a good time and relax.
