It would have been nice to have been told UP FRONT that parking was going to cost me an extra $15.00. The facility is nice enough-the pool is the best part according to my children. The lack of elevators in the building makes for a lot of walking if you are on the west end. It was great-I will stay again if I ever come back.

Over booked rooms so we lost our executive suite. Moved to a way smaller room over looking the pool. The room was a bit of a mess, there was a dry booger on the wall that was pretty obvious just not to the cleaning crew. I had to pull the mattress away from the wall after seeing a spider crawling on the mirror above our bed. The worst part was what I found behind the bed it was a piece of dried something at first it looked like a spider sack so we left. The position of the hotel was great everything else was not worth it.

Hotel has invested a lot in making the front entrance and lobby look nice. Room was not clean with multiple random stains and splotches. Parking is $15USD and if there is an event in the area, parking is also sold to the public - so good luck finding a parking spot as a hotel guest. It was a nightmare and many people resorted to parking creatively and illegally. Finally, upon arrival, if traveling with a pet, you will be surprised to learn there is a mandatory $50USD pet fee per night. Unfortunately there are much cleaner and nicer properties in the area I’d stay at in the future instead.

The front desk person was pleasant and very nice but it was his first day and he sent us in the wrong direction to get to our room. There needs to be more outlets in the room in my opinion. River view is a bit of a stretch as we can barely see the river from our balcony. Other than that we are satisfied with our accommodations.

Our room had KY behind the bed and some drippage down the side. There is no hot tub. The staff were helpful and kind.

Every person on the staff we interacted with was awesome, the hotel was very clean, the pool well maintained, and the free bikes we were allowed to use made the trip super fun! I loved being able to use the trails to walk across the park to all of the food options and mall.
