Family Reunion
We loved our stay there complete with a beautiful snow fall which are the grandkids loved. We had several small issues but the building manager was quick to respond and take care of the issues. We sent a list of some things which I think would make things a bit more smoothly for the next person including some extra snow shovels.

The location was outstanding. The place was ok.The size was perfect for our family get together. FYI;the vents were very dirty. The freezer handle door loose and came off while we were there. Listing needs updating, the barn was listed but no barn.

Fantastic Family Reunion Location
We rented this property for a week for a family reunion with five total families including children. Property was well maintained with great amenities and space. Location was excellent with a good size yard that kids could play in. Garage had several arcade style games that the kids love to play. They also have a ping pong table in the garage as well as a cement sports court with basketball and pickleball. We had a small problem with the air conditioner, but the host was extremely responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay here!

It was overall good. one of the beds had not been taken care of, someone had a nose bleed in the bed and it was all bloody. we had to change the sheets before we could use the bed. The list said there was 3 shippy cups we could find none. The clothes dryer was clear full of of sheets and towels we took out and folded. The dryer does not work. it turns but there is not heat the unit must be bad. We enjoyed the house and will probably be interested in it next year. we needed dish Towets and dish cloths and I call emitt and he brought some right over. the lawns and flower beds a full of weed big milk weeds by the front door. lawn are burned up in most places.

Sibling reunion
My sibs and I got together to celebrate my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. We were able to make beautiful meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The location is gorgeous! The view from the balcony is so calm and serene. I also loved the office. Unfortunately, I had some homework to do. I opened up the office windows to let the fresh mountain air in and I was able to do my STATS homework to the sounds of bird song. Not a bad way to go! The home is located 10 minutes to Pine View Res and 15 minutes to North Fork hiking trails.

We had a family ski reunion, the VBRO was perfect except location, a little far from the resort, about 30 minutes. Other than that we enjoyed the place. The hot tub could have used a good cleaning, the garage was to cold to use the e-games. Someone came in during the day with out any announcement, one of our group was in the lower level had heard someone walking around, that was a little concerning

Beautiful home and location. So many amenities! Extra mattresses, bedding, etc. There was a small problem checking in with cleaner still there but we worked around that. Host very communicative and helpful. They were quick to answer questions and solve problems.

It is Eden
We had a lovely stay. Due to the amazing snowfall last winter the hillsides were lush and green. The reservoir was brimming full and we had a fun afternoon boating. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and was comfortable. Some of the family discovered kite flying on the spacious lawn. They described it as ā€œlife changingā€. Badminton was also a hit. The cows in the pasture next door came to the fence from time to time to the delight of our littlest grand children. The perfect place to relax and get in touch with life.

We were in town for my step sons wedding. The house was ā€œhome baseā€ for us all throughout the week. It allowed for all different friends and family to come together and enjoy time together and separate (as needed). The place was so clean and had all the space and utensils for hosting. We were able to pull in the additional tables and chairs from the garage when we needed more space. They thought of everything. I highly recommend for a small family, large family or multiple family get together. It was the perfect location to get into town or find some slopes. Absolutely amazing and the locals are awesome. Get to know them. Some of the friendliest people I have run into in years.
