The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Continental breakfast was delicious and I liked that the options changed a bit each day, however there were some issues with things being empty or not refilled during the breakfast hours. The pool was okay. It was kind of dirty and warm. The hot tub jets were also broken. Over all it was a good stay, and I would stay there again. Just a few minor things that could be improved on

We had made a last minute booking and the whole booking process was very easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff were polite and location was great close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Hot tub jets didn't work but we used it anyway. There was a baseball tournament with lots of rowdy teenagers making noise (screaming and slamming doors) until very late but the front desk did deal with them. Nice breakfast

The front-desk staff are excellent: friendly and efficient (especially Jessica, who I remember from previous year's trips). The only complaint is that the upholstery needs to be cleaned (on the chairs in the breakfast room).

Offered to bring me supplies to clean up a mess in the washroom that was left prior to me checking in. Would not give me an extra pillow for pull out couch. Just an overall not great stay for the price.
