It did what it needed to do but the rooms need an update and some maintenence. Caulking needs to be re-done, the toilet didnt flush properly, our bathroom handle fell off, the desk chair back was peeling, the cabinets were worn but the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel is average but close to Roger’s place. The staff at the front desk aren’t that friendly, speak in a rush, and are not that helpful. Not the best check in experience.

They told us it was a $15 dollar dining gift card and there was only $10 on it. The room overlooked a street and it was LOUD with sirens. Could also hear the pet friendly dogs barking and the people talking through the walls of the hotel.

Nice hotel, great location
Very nice, spacious room. Comfortable beds with nice amenities. 5min walking to Rogers Arena. Parking is expensive- $28 per night. Check-in was disappointing: they were quick, but did not provide any details about checkout time, pool location, etc. We then spent 15min to get an elevator to our room, as there was a massive lineup for elevators.
