I may look for elsewhere on my next stay
Used to recommend this place. Maintenance issues are starting to show. But my largest issue was staff not caring about children running up and down hallways. Experience this 2 nights in a row as late as 10pm. Had to call front desk who has a clear view of second floor through floor to ceiling windows. They should have stopped this from happening but it didn't stop until I had to call front d SK and complain. My other issue was being stuck in a suite right next to the elevators whoever designed the bedroom to be next to the elevator shaft didn think about that.

We didn't get the room we booked, they said it wasn't ready and to check back in half hour.....that was at 3PM we didn't get a room until after 5PM and even then it still wasn't the room we booked, ended up taking just a standard room with no reduced rate!

Room clean but very small. Water in pool was so cold we and other guests opted not to swim. As my back was sore from bed we decided to check out a day early (which we were told we could upon arrival), the front desk staff said we couldn’t and had to do that thru 3rd party. I said I tried to but site indicated I had to do it thru the hotel as we started trip already. Took awhile to finally get approval from manager and get receipt for stay
