Ok
Had to wait awhile for someone to appear at the front desk before being checked in. Once in the room the bed appeared to had been slept in due to the comforter being creased badly. Nice it is directly across from WEM. Breakfast provided was cold hard boiled eggs, pancakes and toast.

This hotel is perferct for the location being by WEM. Personally i find it to be a busy hotel for one elevator the amount of time it took to leave that morning and having to go up and down several times before getting off was crazy...would have taken the stairs but had luggage. Being right by the breakfast room on the third floor is something i won't do again with smelling burnt toast all morning when trying to sleep in before the drive home. I also only stayed there to get wristbands for the waterpark but apparently being booked through expedia caused us to not be elgible for that perk. Staff were kind and the hotel was clean and cozy enough.

The property had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, there was zero flexibility with the front desk. The property all around was full of garbage or alcohol cans/bottles and our tv remote didnt work. Close to the mall but not safe to walk to and from at night

We booked a non smoking room (I thought these days that all rooms were non smoking) and they put us in a room that stank of weed, they then moved us across the hall. The "breakfast" consisted of Toast or cereal and some fruit and you had to go to the 2nd floor in a small room to eat. There was construction going on so it was also very dirty and noisy. The hotel is very outdated and they do not plow the parking lot but instead let the cars drive over the snow creating Ice and compacted snow thus making big rifts in the lot that you now need to get your luggage accross without falling. We checked out early as the hotel was not very nice and then, when we checked out they charged us for both nights and attempted to charge us for a 3rd night as a penalty. (never heard of that before) Once they figured out that we had paid for it by Expedia they then kept the second night charges in full instead of just a cancellation fee. Terrible hotel - rude staff and bad practises We will not be visiting again

TERRIBLE, never again.
I reserved 4 rooms, the hotel only had 3 available and did nothing to remedy it. The lady at the desk who checked us in was rude and could have cared less. They also over charged for each room, enough that I essentially paid for 4 anyways. Myself and 6 guests who stayed with me will not be staying there, ever again.
