Went to check in 10 min before 3pm and front office said rooms still dirty, they gave me a room past 3pm and room was half ass cleaned, they didn't replace toilet paper and there wasn't any kleenex, no coffee maker but there was cups and coffee, there was also ants in the restroom

Our door was falling off the hinges, there were old towels behind the tv and night stand. The bed sheets were tossed in the closet. It smelled awful when walking into the room.

Terrible.
Worst place ever! Never again! Just needed a place to lay my head for 5hrs &i’ve had the worst experience. Isaac was very nice! That’s the only good thing. Amazing guy! Beds stains. Dog hair all over the bed sheets, like they don’t get washed correctly. Shortage on towels. The walls were different colors. Non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Smells like sewer. Just all bad. 0 Stars! Never again!

We have been staying at this hotel throughout the years while visiting the area due to shopping activities and related. Looks like is not well maintained, everything gets old but a little touches here and there should be considered. Breakfast options are very limited, looks like free but one might as well eat a bag of chips rather. The most unfortunate event happened when we arrived after a very long drive, the hotel was overbooked, we all just wanted a place to rest so we took the 1 king bed they offered instead to accommodate 4 people. This is just another property that ages and.decays with time, but keeps raising its prices like it was still relevant. Again, it was good to spend the night but management could definitely do a little more to keep their guests happier. There are a little things to around the area, a few restaurants and shopping plazas.

air conditioning and tv remote didnt work in the unit. was given a second unit with working air. however, tv remote didn't work and there wasnt any privacy curtains on the window. trash can outside was overflowing with trash. overall the inner building is in poor condition

When we arrived the lobby was very warm and himid, water stains on ceilings everywhere is what we noticed. Waited several minutes for reception to come from the office where she was having personal conversations with coworker. Our room was noticeably dirty. Under the bottom sheet there were crumbs. Rotten food in fridge and microwave. Bathtub was not cleaned properly and dirt build-up in all corners. Breakfast was mediocre 2 of the 3 days with 1 morning being nothing left but cereal at 730/745 am. The pool was also closed and one of main reasons we chose to stay there. We will not be returning. Who we think was a manager was very friendly when passing through the halls, property did seem safe.

Our A/C didn’t work and they supposedly had no other rooms available with A/C. The receptionist loaned us his portable fan. The room had no towels or toilet paper.
