Room wasnt bad for the price. Guy next door was feeding cats during our stay (5 days). Had to get my key card rekeyed every night. Housekeeping came once, the day we where leaving.

Not so good after a 10hr drive for my sister funeral services ,We were checked into one room. The door did not work on that room. Then they took us into the second room. The lock was broken maintenance had to come and let us in. Then the air conditioner was not working , It was very hot. The plugs didn’t work they were very loose when we left for our services that we attended and returned to room we were locked out and still had to return to the office to get another key to be let in. Although staff was very friendly and attentive!!!

La Quita should be better.
Doors to lobby from room were locked. The lobby stairs were dingy and had multiple coffee spots. The tile floors were not mopped in what seemed weeks. The room smelled of covered up smoke.

I must tell you that I have stayed in a lot of your hotels over the years and this one might have been the dirtiest I have ever seen. You have some serious management issues there; I say this because I good manager wouldn't allow the place to look like it does. The entire lobby and area were dirty! Terrible representation of your brand.
