We had a great stay with my husband and 4 year old son over Thanksgiving. We were walking distance to downtown and all the holiday festivities and the tree lighting. Walked to many shops and restaurants including Mammys Kitchen and the Old Talbot Tavern. Apartment was very comfortable and convenient. We found it very quiet and had no trouble with noise.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. However, we were very disappointed that the TV didn't have local and all the normal stations. Couldn't watch the World Series game so had to settle for watching it on my phone. Also the water in the bathroom sink had almost no water pressure. The instructions said the door automatically locked when coming and going, but it didn't work that way for us. We couldn't figure out how to lock it, so left with it unlocked when we went out for the evening. Finally figured it out when we checked out.

Great walkable location and very roomy
What a wonderful place to stay in Bardstown! Walkable to everything. The upstairs of this old old building makes the experience even more interesting. The front stairs were easy for my 86 yr old Mom walk up. (Just a tip) It was warm our 2nd night so we turned on the window a/c and it was like sleeping with white noise. The beds were very comfortable also. We will stay here the next time we visit and have already recommended to family.
