The staff was unable to check customers in at check-in time because "the laundry person called in sick". Rooms were not cleaned nor ready. There was a birthday party going on at the pool with about 15 young children yelling and splashing, barring any other guests from using the pool facilities. One child crawled under the door to my toilet as I was using the facility.

The property was older but probably well maintained. The two girls at the desk when we checked in and checked out were the highlight. Delightful girls very dedicated to their jobs. The front automatic doors not working properly and the initial impression outside those doors is not great. Everything worked. No bath May was kind of scary because the bathtub is slippery. All in all I'd give a C. Clean, comfy bed, sweet girls at the desk.
