It was a place to lay our heads, shower & get to where we wanted for two days. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The front desk clerk Sandy was an incredible worker!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast included had gluten free options which was unexpected as a celiac but welcomed. They also had dairy free milk for coffee. As somebody with allergies having options and being able to take part in the breakfast was a great bonus to a good stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and beds comfortable

Hotel conveniently located in walking distance from the Corning Glas Museum. Room was clean, bathroom had some moldy spots though.

Friendly staff
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices were excellent. Nice pool, although it was small and pool seemed old. Smell of chlorine as soon as you walk in can't be helped, due to the location of the pool. Still it was nice having the pool there.

Very outdated hotel. Mattress was old and a bit slanted... There was a mattress topper on it which is about the only thing that made it ok. All the fixtures in the room probably shouldn't been replaced 10 years ago.

Furniture (couch) had holes in it and was very warn. Curtains in hall falling off the window. Furniture in hall cushion was torn. Front desk said they could do nothing to help me with cancelling last 2 days of stay with Expedia.

Great place. Only hotel breakfast bar to have a gluten free bread option. The representative that checked us in (my gaff, I forget her name) was great. Very helpful for dinner suggestions. We would stop here again.

Family Outing to Corning
We enjoyed a one night stay while making a visit to the Corning Glass Museum with family. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of options.

No extraction in the bathroom. Either that or the hotel's built-in extraction is feeble. The entire bathroom fogged up during a shower and you couldn't use the mirrors. The hair-dryer was hard-wired to the far corner of the bathroom, next to the toilet seat, so even if the mirror wasn't fogged up you would have real problems styling your hair. Apart from that one detail, our stay was an excellent experience at a very good price.
