Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises.

The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.

Guests have exclusive access to the Sacajawea condo.

☆☆ MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM ☆☆

In the rear of the unit away from the street is a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed as well as a cool custom made bunk bed containing three single beds.

☆☆ 2ND BEDROOM - MEZZANINE ☆☆

Up a short flight of stairs to the sleeping mezzanine. A comfortable king size bed awaits along with a work desk and chair and a view of the kitchen Livingroom area.

☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆

A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A vanity and large sink and lit mirror provide more than enough space for make up application.

☆☆ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ☆☆

The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A small dining table by the front window along with two dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally hand made plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a large HD flat screen smart TV.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆

The front door opens to a small vestibule that is shared with the unit next door, Aneroid. Your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. In more than a year of operating the hotel, we haven't had a guest complain about not being able to locate convenient parking.

There are several parking spaces in front of the Litch Hotel and plentiful free on-street parking adjacent to the building.

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:

INTER-UNIT NOISE: Our building is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in more modern structures. You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors.

PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.

PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEAN UP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

PARTIES: Require prior approval.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.

SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed in the exterior entryway.
WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

VENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.

EXTRA GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests in your group is accurately listed in your reservation. For groups larger than four, a charge of $25 per night applies for the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th guests. Notification is not required if the reservation already reflects more than four guests. However, failure to accurately report guest numbers in advance may result in being asked to vacate the premises early.

BUNK BEDS: Linens for the bunk beds are provided upon request. Please request in advance. Note: Bunk beds are supplied unmade with a stack of all necessary linens.

We had a lovely stay at the Litch! The condo was exceptionally clean and fresh, which was nice to walk into after a long drive. The space felt much larger than we anticipated, thanks to the highly lofted ceiling. The historic building has been thoughtfully remodeled with a rustic modern vibe. Bright natural light filled the front room and kitchen. The main bedroom in the back of the space was dark and quiet at night. The unit opens to the sidewalk for easy access to parking on the street. The beds were firm yet soft. We were also impressed with the quiet and efficient ductless AC system. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to Joseph. The Main Street of Enterprise is classic small town America. Super cute. Quiet streets. It’s clear that Todd and his family take great pride in their business, and it shows in the details. We recommend it. Note: as specified in the unit description, the walls of the historic building are thin so we could hear our neighbor here and there (and they could probably hear us). Knowing this ahead of time was appreciated. It didn’t negatively impact our visit.

We absolute LOVED this property! I had made a mistake on booking and the owner was more than willing to work with me. We ended up staying in the bigger condo. The property exceeded what the pictures showed. Everything was so well appointed and the size of the condo was amazing! It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and the rooms were HUGE, every single space. The details in the decor was wonderful! We already decided this is our new place to go to for the summer. We've already told so many people about it!!

We were so excited to see our incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed home-away-from-home. They have all conveniences including a makeup station and lighted mirror. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept great. We were so happy that our 2 little poodles were welcome as well. The brothers provide a dog bed and blanket that made their stay comfy. The area is convenient and close to the lake, hiking, shopping, dining, you name it. We loved our stay and can't wait to experience the other themed rooms. They really are so cute and clever. Thank you and we will be back soon!! :)

Located in a great spot in downtown Enterprise, this space is awesome, spacious, clean, and the owners made us (and our pup) feel right at home. We did some fishing, went to Joseph, ate at the local restaurants, and had some nice R&R time in this location. We had a nice time visiting town and will certainly come back!

The entire space was just amazing! The decorations and painted murals on the wall were beautiful. All the added amenities. It was just my husband and I this time but it would be perfect for a family and traveling with our dog. It was comfortable, clean and unique.
