Our room was by the laundry room and after we arrived after 9pm and went to bed, we realized we could hear the laundry going loud and clear. Still trying to go to sleep, a dog started barking...I went do to the lobby and complained about both. I was told they were very busy and had lots of laundry to get done...And i said how are we supposed to sleep and I was told she would let the manger know about it. She also told me that she knew what room the dog was in and she would take care of it... Went back to my room and after a while drifted off with no dog barking but the laundry room noise continuing...only to be woke up at 5:18am with the laundry room noisy coming again as loud as ever...when i checked out I complained again and was told they could do nothing about the noise because we had paid through Expedia!!! Not only will we never stay at that hotel, but will never use Expedia again...

While the staff was nice, they repeatedly struggled with our check-in process, we got a room different than the one we booked, and the pet fee was $50 rather than the $30 Hotels.com listed. I called and confirmed the $30 pet fee the day before and asked if there was anything else I needed to know- they said everything was good. Once we arrived, they mentioned the pet fee was actually $40 (even though i had confirmed with their staff via phone the day before), but then the manager changed it to $50 in front of me. They apologized for the confusion once I showed them the website and the call I made, and said they would remove it from the charges. They did not. The credit card charge was the full price plus the $50 unexpected pet fee. My dog was kenneled indoors and did not bark. I am fine with a pet fee, but you must have the correct information with your staff and online. I was still charged for a king size bed room that I did not get- I instead got a 2 queen room that they did not explain on the website or while checking in, even though I paid for for the king bed room when booking. When I went back to the desk it took 15 minutes for someone to show up, and they explained that the king bed room couldn't have pets in it. No one explained that when I was booking, when I called to confirm, nor when I checked in. The shower curtain didnt stop water at all, so we had to use all of our towels to dry the floor. I hope they fix these issues soon.

Hotel's restaurant was closed, the breakfast options pretty scarce. The only good thing is the swimming pool, everything else was a miss.
