The check-in person was nice. I was surprised that I was handed the remote for the TV for the room with the room key. There were spots on the wall that looked like an attempt to clean up a crime scene. I can't believe how much this place is charging for such poor accommodations.

I liked that they upgraded our room due to a leak in the bathroom. We were in a double queen room and they upgraded us to a dinette, unfortunately the floor in the new room was sticky.

The front desk fellow asked for a $100 cash deposit . I had to ask for a receipt. He wasnā€™t going to give me one. He said no one has ever asked for a receipt before.. I said I wasnā€™t leaving without a receipt. I just gave him cash.. He reluctantly made me a receipt. This is a very old motel. Our room smelt very strong of Pine-Sol. Almost too much so. Maid service was excellent! Minus the pine sol smell lol.

Property needs updating. Mini fridge not cleaned and had to plug in and wait to cool. Unusual for front desk to hand you tv remote upon check in. Weird smell in check in area. Not worth the room rate.

Will never stay at this motel ever again... They enter your room when you are not there... They allow people to sit on the property and do drugs right in front of everyone staying there.... Blood on sheets walls they don't clean the rooms very well nasty place I have ever stayed at.... Waste of money....

Room was clean staff was awesome hot water didn't work hotel just needs some upgrades. It's a shame too it's such a good staff great people to talk to courteous thoughtful polite shared great information about the area etc. It's a shame that having a good staff yet the plumbing didn't allow the water so is always barely warm the fan made a lot of noise so I'm sure the people upstairs didn't appreciate it. Just maintenance things and upgrades just points to upper management and the company itself. Maybe a disconnect or something is going on. You want to say again as my 20 years plus customer service and the industry hotel travel that you have a great staff.
