Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit worn in places. WiFi connection/internet speed very slow. Sound carries through the walls quite well, so I was woken by noisy guests next door in the middle of the night. But all in all, convenient for getting to the airport for my early flight and clean and comfortable.

Decent for the price and the only downside was the wait to check in. Several of us waited as the only desk person was off taking people to the airport nearby. Someone from the hotel came out and wasn't sure what was going on...but couldn't help. Maybe have two staff on?

The staff, including the Waite staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. MICHAEL behind the desk was especially so. It looks, as though a lot of effort has gone into refreshing an older hotel. They bent over backwards to pick me up at the airport at 2 AM and return me in the morning. They have done an excellent job!

Hotel was right off the interstate and very convenient. I asked for a late check out and they let us stay till 12 noon. All carpeting needs a good washing. During our stay, the telephone in our room did not work which was a bit frustrating as I needed to speak to the front desk so I had to leave my room and walk quite a distance to get to the front desk. This place is spread out.
