Medium talent hotel
Overall it was just meh. We were there a week every night there was police calls at the hotel. I have a 4 year old daughter that would escape the room a bunch cause the door lock was defective. I then got warned about her getting out by staff I explained that the lock was broken no one fixed it or even looked it. The pool was never cleaned. They have these beds with no box springs on what seems more like a big coffee table they slide exposing hard wood my kids were pretty bruised up by it.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were nice and accommodating. The front desk was manned when we checked in at 2am. Breakfast was good.

The King suite doesn’t exist so don’t get it. When we asked about the jetted tub our room was supposed to have they “don’t exist” was the response. The rooms with “jacuzzi tubs are on the 3rd floor but that floor is under construction and not available”. Not offered reimbursement for the discrepancy only told it was third party advertising and they can’t be held responsible. Told upon arrival there was a $100 hold for damages, pets, smoking…did not want to pay it as it was not disclosed during the process of booking this non refundable room but was told I could take it or leave it but I had to allow for the $100 hold on my credit card to stay. I asked for the room to be refunded then, management declined. The room was also represented as having the option of an adjoining room, that was also a lie…be very careful when booking your stay here, probably best to call and confirm they have what you are looking for prior to booking.

Once again this has happened before I reserve a hot tub room and when I arrive it’s not only not available they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and I paid way too much for a room without the jetted tub making the other half not wanting to be there with me she’s not happy it’s happened before

Would definitely stay there again.
The room was spacious, the bed/pillows were comfortable, and the private spa tub in the room was awesome. The indoor pool was heated and a bunch of life jackets were available too. The breakfasts were yummy. The washer/dryer worked well (there are two of each). The complementary hot tea/hot chocolate were great.

We rented 2 rooms that connected in the middle and the kids had so much fun with that! They enjoyed the pool and we all loved the breakfast!! Of the 2 mornings we were there, one had yummy biscuits and gravy even!! However, the day we checked out, I had bed bug bites! I was the only one...oddly. I believe it was from the pillows, not the mattress. Anyway, they would not refund me for just one of the rooms...sadly. I wasn't going to post this, but I was sent an email asking for my review. Enjoy.
