We normally love staying at Hampton Inns but this property is in horrible condition. First, I just want to say how fantastic the staff is in this location. They are doing the best they can in a very challenged environment. The carpets in the halls are worn and dirty The paint was peeling in the bathroom. We were very disappointed. The one bright spot was the restaurant within walking distance - Cheddars Scratch Kitchen was fantastic.

Incredibly filthy, unsanitary conditions
This was unfortunately the worst Hampton Inn our family has ever stayed in. Our room felt incredibly filthy, including mold patches in the ceiling corners, peeling wallpaper, mold in the bathtub, and kitty kibble next to one of the beds. Our family typically trusts Hampton Inn for safety and cleanliness, and this one has let us down terribly.

My bathroom was dirty and the toilet ran continuously. I’m a Hilton honors member and I know these standards aren’t acceptable. I see that you get what you pay for based on how you book.

This was an older model Hampton inn, not renovated. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and it had a good size TV. Breakfast was decent, was hoping for something a little more original than scrambled eggs and sausage link, and there was no fresh fruit like and other of your hotels. The hallway were freezing cold, and made a very uncomfortable But the rooms heater worked okay, even though the front face plate of the thermostat was missing and I had to call for the maintenance man to come up to show me how to make it work.

The towels were dirty and had been used to wash an animal of some type...cat or dog... And our skin was itchy and red after using them. We didn't know they had animal hair on them until after we showered.

Worst Hampton - Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed at and we are diamond members that stay several times per month. The carpets were stained and filthy. The couch in our room had large stains on it. There was trash left on the floor from previous guest. There was no shampoo or soap in the dispensers in the shower. They charged $75 for a pet fee but then actually charged more by adding taxes and fees to that and our dog was perfect and didn’t leave behind any mess. There were no extra sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. The room insurance was advertised to cost $2.25 but was charged at $9. Hidden fees and very expensive especially for the terrible condition. Do not book this place. The only positive to our stay was the breakfast was as expected from a Hampton.

We was on the 4th floor and on the outside of the room was a little trashy sheet rock dust was everywhere. Carpet was torn in spots and had a smell. Inside the room the bathroom sink was leaking the a/c was making a noise and the smoke detector was making a chirping noise. Then they wanted to change almost 200 dollars a night.
