Always stay at this location when in town. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was lacking cleanliness and food. (This visit) Room in need of some repairs including our door not locking. But we will continue to stay there when visiting Farmington.

The property was clean, rooms were clean and large. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only downside there was an odor in the room, like maybe someone snuck a dog in, but you did get used to it. I would stay here again.

Great hotel overall. Checkin was great with very welcoming staff however there was a mixup with our reservation and we had to stay in queen bed instead of the king bed reserved. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had a poor patch over cracked bathtub and the door wouldnā€™t close completely.
