We stayed 3 nights and had very good stay. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of items to eat. (I really appreciated having hard boiled eggs.) Staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Located at the corner of Broadway and Scott streets in the center of Farmington, the Brentwood Inn & Garden Hotel is situated in an ideal location and shares the area with several other name-brand hotels just up the street. The property looks a little rough from the outside but the hotel itself has several amenities including a pool, fitness center and expansive breakfast. Overall, the hotel is very accommodating, clean and safe.

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Plenty of thick towels. The room decor took us back to the 80's. The hotel could do with updating but, still clean. They are dog friendly and have a great expansive grassy area in the interior courtyard. Would recommend.

Was unable to shower in the morning the water was cold. When I inquired I was told that the maintenance person would be in soon. I was with a party of 4 3 from England and my husband. None of us were able to take showers as there was no hot water. It was embarrassing. This is America not a third world country If you own a hotel then the basics should be included. Shocking!!!!
