This hotel was surprisingly delightful. Comfortable beds, clean room and great breakfast options. Our room did not have a coffee maker in it, but the coffee in the lobby was good.

In my opinion the TV was to large. It was hard to see from any place other than the bed, the office chair was helpful. The only other seating option was a cushioned bench on top of the very small refrigerator. Small room. I would not reserve a king room again. The bathroom was very comfortable. The shower head was almost too high for me to adjust the water spray. I'm 5' 5&1/2" tall. Once it was adjusted the water pressure and temperature was great. The bed was comfortable and had firm and soft pillows. I went to the lobby area to sit a bit more comfortable to knit and watch TV. All staff members were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast options not great. All grab and go, apples, bananas, muffins, breakfast bars and oatmeal, which was exactly as advertised, just not my choice. The fruit did look fresh. The coffee bar was available 24 hours. Looked good but I don't drink coffee. The location was easy to get to. Plenty of fast food options and a grocery store are very close in the area. I'm a first time visitor to Fayetteville, no problems navigating the area. My back is fused so I'm sure that some of the comfort levels are due to my issues. I would recommend this hotel. Easy access to I-49.

Great rooms that are very clean. Good TV integration. Service was great. Breakfast was as serviceable. I recommend to disable the wall thermostat and use the controlls on the wall ac unit itself. The wall thermostat clicks loudly at random times, and kept us up the first night. After that we slept fine.

Not bad but you can do better
The room was clean and the hotel in a nice area of town. However, things are just not up to standard at this hotel. There is no hot breakfast, just microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The thermostat in our room was broken and the small air conditioner took hours to cool the room...in October. The shower had poor water pressure. The towels were stained. The bathroom door did not latch correctly. The bathroom fixtures were poorly attached. It was just one thing after another. Our family's consensus was that it was good enough for one night but we would not be staying there again. With all the hotels available in NWA, you should be able to find a better hotel than this one.
